What’s so great about your protein bars?
All No Cow Protein Bars deliver at least 20 grams of plant-based protein with only 1 gram of sugar. Our bars are also dairy-free, soy free, certified gluten-free, and certified non-GMO!
What are the most popular flavors I should try?
We may be a little biased – but we happen to think all of our products are great. However, some of the most popular of the bunch are PB Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Lemon Meringue Pie, and Chunky Peanut Butter.
Is your website secure?
Yes, it’s safe. We use a secure server in order to protect against misuse of your credit card info.
What forms of payment do you accept online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club Card, and PayPal.
How long does it take to ship?
Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days. You should expect to receive your order within 2-6 business days. Please allow an extra day or two around holidays due to increased order volumes.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is complete, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking ID number.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
Why isn’t my discount code working?
Let’s check a couple of things:
- Did you fill out all necessary information first?
- Is the code spelled correctly? (capitalization should not impact it)
- Has the code expired? (all of our codes have an expiration date marked with them)
- Are you trying to enter more than one code? (you can only use one code at a time)

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, our products are only available in the US through our retailer partnerships and online stores. We hope to go global some day though!
What is the shelf life of No Cow products?
For all of our products, we recommend you find the exact “Best By” date printed on the back of our bars.
How much protein is in No Cow products?
We recommend you look at each product for exact nutritional information. However, each protein bar has at least 20 grams of protein per serving, and each energy bar has 12g of protein.
Are your products Vegan?
Yes, all of our products are Vegan.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, all of our products are certified gluten-free!
Do your products contain Dairy?
Do your products contain Soy?
Are your products non-GMO?
Yes. Our proteins bars were certified non-GMO by the Non-GMO Project. Our energy bars are still in the process of being verified.
Is your palm oil sustainably sourced?
We were extremely selective when choosing a palm oil supplier. Our palm oil is considered certified sustainable by the RSPO (Round Table on Sustainable Palm Oil).
Are your products Kosher?
Our protein bars are OU Kosher certified, however our energy bars are still in the process of being certified!
What are the natural flavors listed on your products?
Our natural flavors are purified extracts from natural sources such as spice, fruit or vegetable. All of the natural flavors we use at No Cow come from real food ingredients such as fruit and chocolate. The flavors are produced using processes such as heating, extraction, and fermentation.
I’d like to return my No Cow products, what should I do?
We’ll tell it to you straight and we want you to tell it to us as well. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will be happy to help you seek out better by replacing your purchase or issuing you a refund.
- All requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase
- For bars and cookies no more than 3 items may be missing in order to receive a full refund
- For Fluffbutters no more than 1/3 of the jar may be missing in order to receive a full refund
How to return your items:

- Fill out a return slip* and mail it to the address below along with the product you are returning
- Once your package is received, we will process your request and issue your refund or replacement product. Refunds will be processed within the same payment method you used at checkout. For exchanges, products will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
*Please note we do not cover shipping cost for returns. For your protection, we recommend you use USPS flat rate boxes which have insured tracking.
