My Protein bars taste/feel different than normal. Have you made any tweaks to your formula?

Yes! After gathering months of data from consumer research and taste testing, we decided to change our fiber source to a non-GMO soluble corn fiber. The results showed that the majority of consumers preferred the softer texture and improved flavor with that fiber source over our current formula.

Currently, the change has been made in the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Chunky Peanut Butter, Sticky Cinnamon Roll, Chocolate Glazed Doughnut, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Birthday Cake. However, all other flavors don’t contain soluble corn fiber as of yet. We will slowly roll out that change for our other flavors over the next 3-5 months.

Where can I find the updated formula?

Since we're still transitioning our updated formula into the market, you might receive different formulas depending on where you shop! We hope to be fully transitioned to the new formula by May, 2020.

What is the shelf life of No Cow products?

For all of our products, we recommend you find the exact “Best By” date printed on the back of our bars.

How much protein is in No Cow products?

We recommend you look at each product for exact nutritional information. However, each protein bar has at least 20 grams of protein per serving, and each energy bar has 12g of protein.

Are your products Vegan?

Yes, all of our products are Vegan.

Are your products gluten-free?

Yes, all of our products are certified gluten-free by the Gluten Free Certification Organization. You can visit their website for more info on the certification requirements.

Do your products contain dairy?


Are your products non-GMO?

Yes, all of our products are Non-GMO Project Verified!

Are your products Kosher certified?

Our protein bars are certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union, however our energy bars are still in the process of being certified!

Is your palm oil sustainably sourced?

We were extremely selective when choosing a palm oil supplier. Our palm oil is considered certified sustainable by the RSPO (Round Table on Sustainable Palm Oil).

What are the "natural flavors" listed on your products?

Our natural flavors are purified extracts from natural sources such as spice, fruit or vegetable. All of the natural flavors we use at No Cow come from real food ingredients such as fruit and chocolate. The flavors are produced using processes such as heating, extraction, and fermentation.

First option, join us online! You can buy all of our products directly on our website.

Second option, fill out our product request form and give it to the store manager at your favorite local store. Make sure you mention which products you are specifically looking for on shelf. Then, have them get in touch with us at sales@nocow.com and we can help them out!

All No Cow Protein Bars deliver at least 20 grams of plant-based protein with only 1 gram of sugar. Our bars are also dairy-free, soy free, certified gluten-free, and certified non-GMO!

What are the most popular flavors I should try?

We may be a little biased – but we happen to think all of our products are great. However, some of the most popular of the bunch are PB Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Lemon Meringue Pie, and Chunky Peanut Butter. What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at info@nocow.com. Our customer service team will be happy to help by exchanging your purchase or issuing you a refund.

Refund Requirements:

  • All requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
  • No more than 3 items may be missing in order to receive a full refund.

  2. Fill out a return slip (provided by our Customer Service team) and mail it to the address below along with the product you are returning. We will cover the cost of return shipping for both nocow.com and Amazon orders.
