How long does it take to get my order?
In general, most orders will ship in 1-2 business days. You should expect to receive your order 7-10 business days after it has been shipped. Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and can be affected by factors like weather, holidays, promotions, or processing delays.
Military Addresses: USPS is the only service designated to ship to military addresses and deliveries using Ground Advantage which can take up to 18-21 business days. Per USPS, “each shipment to an APO/FPO/DPO needs the recipient's name, rank, and unit, and the APO/FPO/DPO address with the 9-digit ZIP Code.”
Hawaii and Alaska: Please allow 18-21 business days to receive your order.
Are your protein bars a complete protein?
We use a combination of pea protein and brown rice protein to create a complete protein with all 9 essential amino acids.
Plant protein is more sustainable and lower in saturated fat while delivering a high amount of protein.
Why do you use palm oil? Is it sustainably sourced?
The reason that we use palm oil is because it is a Non-GMO, non-hydrogenated oil that acts as a stabilizer.
We were very selective when choosing a palm oil supplier. Our palm oil is certified sustainable by the RSPO (Round Table on Sustainable Palm Oil). Sustainable palm oil is cultivated using organic practices and requires less than one quarter the land needed to farm other oils such as soybean, coconut, or sunflower. It helps revitalize previously destroyed farmland and promotes biodiversity. Additionally, small farms and their communities benefit from a steady income while building new ecosystems.
What is a Net Carb and how many are in your products?
Net carbs are calculated by removing the fiber and sugar alcohols from the total carbohydrates. We remove the fiber and sugar alcohols because they do not have a significant impact on blood sugar levels.

What is your satisfaction policy?
We want our customers to be happy with our products. If you are not satisfied with the first No Cow item you order, please contact No Cow's Consumer Service on our website at Our Contact Page within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
At D’s Naturals, LLC dba No Cow (“No Cow”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. As a first- time purchaser, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a No Cow product you purchased from www.nocow.com or one of our online authorized resellers (does not apply to in-store purchases) in the United States, you may request a replacement.
Due to the nature of our products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis, and are committed to making it right. Please have your order number available when you contact us to help expedite your request.

Why isn't my discount code working?
1. Is the code spelled correctly? (capitalization should not impact it)
2. Has the code expired?
3. Are you trying to enter more than one code? (you can only use one code per order)
4. Is there a "Subscribe and Save" item in your cart? Our website doesn't allow additional discounts to be added to these variants because they already receive an automatic 10% discount. If so, remove the item from your cart and re-add it as a "One Time Purchase" option.

Do you ship internationally?
While international shipping is not currently available through our website, customers in select regions may be able to purchase No Cow products through our authorized third-party partner, iHerb.
Do I get a discount for having a subscription?
Yes! All subscription orders are automatically discounted by 10%. Free shipping applies to all recurring subscription orders after your initial purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, navigate to Manage Subscription in our website footer where you'll be directed to log in. Once logged in, navigate to Manage Subscription again. From there you should see any active subscriptions, giving you the option to cancel. If you don't receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact info@nocow.com.
Can I use my plant powered rewards on my subscriptions?
Yes! To use your points on your subscription, log into your subscription and go to Plant Powered Rewards. Choose the reward that says "10% off next subscription order". Copy that code and then go to "manage subscriptions." Click on your next shipment and scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see a button that says "add discount".

What is the shelf life of No Cow products?
For all of our products, we recommend you find the exact "Best By" date printed on the back of our bars.
How much protein is in No Cow products?
We recommend you look at each product for exact nutritional information. However, each protien snack bar contains 15g of protein per serving, our original protien bars contain at lease 20g of protien per serving.
Are your products vegan? Do they contain dairy?
Yes, all of our products are vegan and do not contain dairy.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, all of our products are certified gulten-free by the Gluten Free Certification Organization. You can visit their website for more info on the certificaiton requirements.
Are your products Non-GMO?
Yes, all of our products are Non-GMO Project Verified!
Are your products Kosher certified?
Our protein bars are certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union.
What are the natural flavors listed on your ingredients?
Our natural flavors are purified extracts from natural sources such as spice, fruit or vegetable. All of the natural flavors we use at No Cow come from real food ingredients such as fruit and chocolate. The flavors are produced using processes such as heating, extraction and fermination.
How should I store No Cow products?
All No Cow products should be stored in a cool, dry place.
What is sugar alcohol?
The term "sugar alcohol" is misleading, as it's neither sugar nor alcohol! It's a reduced calorie sweetener with a low glycemic index used to imporve flavor, occuring naturally in certain fruits and vegetables.
What do you use to sweeten your products?
All of our sweeteners are plant-based and non-GMO. We use a mixture of erythritiol, monk-fruit extract and stevia to give the right blend of sweetness.

What does the "New Great Taste" sticker mean?
