No Cow 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At D’s Naturals, LLC dba No Cow (“No Cow”), we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a No Cow product you purchased from or one of our online authorized resellers (does not apply to in-store purchases) in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product.  Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the No Cow 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.


How To Claim The Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, email us at or call one of our team members at 1 (833) 696-6269 and be prepared to provide us with information regarding where and when you purchased your product.  If purchased from or Amazon, please have your order number handy to expedite the process.  If your request is approved, you will then need to fill out our No Cow Return Form that we send you and mail it with your No Cow product to:

You must submit your refund/return request within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase.  No Cow will cover the cost of shipping your return if the request falls under all the requirements listed above.


Guarantee Guidelines

No Cow reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the No Cow 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
