Ingredients
- 2 large super-ripe bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen for at least 6 hours
- 1 cup soy milk (any variety)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter (any type)
- 1 scoop of any plant-based protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, blend all the ingredients until creamy and enjoy!
