This Dairy-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Post-Workout Shake Recipe Is Everything

We teamed up with Toni Okamoto for this AMAZING shake recipe. It's simple but will curb your sweet tooth craving while covering all of your macro bases! Enjoy this when you're craving something slightly sweet and healthy or after a tough workout. Peanut butter lovers, this might just be your next dream shake!

Ingredients

  • 2 large super-ripe bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen for at least 6 hours
  • 1 cup soy milk (any variety)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter (any type)
  • 1 scoop of any plant-based protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  • In a high-powered blender, blend all the ingredients until creamy and enjoy!
